Graduating with a dual degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting Finance and Healthcare Management, she possesses a unique skill set that has been instrumental in her various roles within the community.

Marina has been a driving force in the Deaf and DeafBlind world, inspiring and establishing programs and services, particularly in the realms of employment, social services, and healthcare. Her dream of a comprehensive One Stop Solution for Deaf and DeafBlind individuals became a reality with the birth of the United Hands Organization. As a board member of the Staten Island Club for the Deaf, one of the oldest Deaf clubs in NYC, she actively contributes to the community’s vibrancy.

Donna’s mind is a treasure trove of creative ideas for programs and services, always pushing the boundaries to enhance the lives of those she serves. A proud Italian, she finds joy in the art of cooking and relishes large family gatherings, especially now as a grandma with two CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) children.
